Travel: Devoción, Brooklyn, New York
Devocion is a huge warehouse style cafe in Brooklyn, New York.
It sources its own coffee beans in Colombia's most inaccessible zones, and they bring the infamous farm to table type of food concept to their cafe.
Tree To Cup
Our coffee beans are sourced from farms we hand-select within the vast untamed regions of Colombia's most inaccessible zones. These farms harvest coffee year round so they guarantee to have the freshest cherries all the time.
Then they process the coffee in Bogota, dry milling them and packed so that they can be courier to Brooklyn within 10 days after Harvest.
Devocion then roast their beans inside the Brooklyn, where you can also sit back, and enjoy the natural sunlight in this beautiful cafe.
Farmers
They work with farmers with their profit sharing approach, make sure the growers have a fair share of the profit. Steve Sutton, the owner and founder of Devocion was originally from Columbia, and has amazing direct-trade relationship with growers in Colombia. This enables him to reach out to rarely found regions for special beans.
