If you are purchasing in bulk for cafes, restaurants, hotels or retailers, please click  "Create Account" on this platform to set up as a wholesaler. Please provide your company name, and sales tax license to be tax exempted.

Please note Loveramics is not responsible for customers inputting incomplete or incorrect tax information against tax authority.

If you have already registered a wholesale account, please ensure you log in and add items to your account in order to enjoy wholesale discount. 

 

Price Structure

Listed prices are retail value for case pack in US$ without taxes. Wholesale customers must order a minimum of a full case.

After signup and logged in, tier discounts will be automatically applied at checkout when orders meet the requirement.

Special Request 

For logo printing services, special request on order packing, delivery requirements such as self pick-up, fixed time delivery, exporting, palletization etc.. Please email usa@loveramics.com to discuss. Charges may apply and usually these will cause order to arrive later than expected. 

 

Shipment and Logistics

All our products are stocked in Austin, TX. Shipping is not included in the price. Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, by default we use UPS with our negotiated shipping rates.

Shipping address provided at checkout are final. Loveramics is not responsible for costs associated with reshipping, in the case of an incorrect address provided.

 

Order Lead-Time

Orders generally ship within 3 business days once the payment has processed. Transit time will depend on the destination and usually delivered in 5 business days within USA, subject to shipping option selected at checkout area and the latest services of the providers.

 

Revisions to Orders

Loveramics does not accept revisions to orders the day after a purchase order is placed. All changes must be submitted the same day. Any changes made to order on the days following its submission will be processed as a new order.

Return Policy

Any breakage or defects have to be notified within 7 days up on receipt. Claims must be submitted with item code, quantity with photo proof. In most cases, Loveramics INC. issues a Credit Note for approved claims. No replacement.
