Shipping Terms and Conditions

We use UPS as default shipping agent. Price are calculated at checkout. Please understand ceramics are heavy and bulky items that require care, so we cannot offer any free shipping to our products.

It usually take 3-4 working days for us to get the products ready, and ready to dispatch.

Please allow a few days of UPS trucking according to condition. As warehouse is located in Austin, Texas, you can estimate the additional days required. 

For export orders, we will requote with forwarder and work through email. 

If you encounter breakage due to transportation, please send us pictures within 7 days of receive so that we can replenish the products to you.
